  2. Flexible hours- people having busy schedules or clinic timings clashing with office timings can opt for online sessions. These sessions are flexible and often focused on consulting with the doctor and patient.

  3. Best for introverts- many people are comfortable sharing thoughts and communicating better online. For them, online sessions are best. No physical interaction with any third party, reduced social visibility, and options for being anonymous, too.

In some specific cases, online sessions become significant. Don't miss any appointment with your doctor if you are out of town or vice versa. Even if you have taken up offline sessions, continue your sessions online too.

Offline sessions

  1. Establishing better connections:  particularly for psychological counselling sessions, interaction plays a valuable role. Nonverbal communications, such as feelings and body language, become more crucial.

Ultimately, the choice depends on various factors. But one thing to priorities is your mental health. It is important to take care of your mental health along with your physical health.
