Relationship counselling
All psychological problems, and all psychological changes, involve both individual symptoms (behavior, emotions, conflicts, thought processes) and changes in interpersonal relationships. Couples therapy focuses on the problems existing in the relationship between two people.
Specific goals of Relationship therapy can be as varied as the couples themselves. However, a few examples of common couple’s therapy treatment goals include: Improving communication skill, building empathy and respect. Relationships are a lot of work, and no relationship is without its issues. ... For many couples, couples counselling does serve as the medicine they needed to save their ailing partnership; for other couples, it becomes a way to make the ending of a relationship that isn't working much less painful and much less resentful. The average success rate for most couples was about 50 percent. Useful skills were learned, including how to listen to each other and to appreciate the other's point of view.
The psychologists at The Indira Mind Healing Centre have experience in the treatment of couple counselling. They use Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Positive Psychology and Imago Relationship Therapy in this type of cases.
Fees for Relationship counselling is 1200/- per session.
